Governor’s bill to protect unborn child who can feel pain formally introduced

True to his word Governor Glen Youngkin presented the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act to the General Assembly earlier this week, on the opening day of the 2023 GA Session, which is being patroned by Del Kathy Byron, R-22,  in the House of Delegates and Senator Stephen Newman, R-23,  in the Virginia Senate.
