It will be crucial to turn out Pro-Life voters in the 2023 elections for the Virginia State Senate and House of Delegates and VSHL will be a tireless partner in this effort.

About Loretta Fleming
Loretta Fleming is the Executive Director for National Committee for a Human Life Amendment (NCHLA), also known as Human Life Action. NCHLA is a pro-life organization founded in 1974 by the US Catholic Bishops with the mission of educating and advocating for the protection of vulnerable human life.
Loretta offers over 20 years of experience in the pro-life movement, focusing on public policy, grassroots outreach, and voter education in partnership with Diocesan and Pro-Life leaders. She has traveled extensively hosting legislative seminars and highlighting key federal and local legislative initiatives for Catholic voters throughout the country.
Before becoming Executive Director, Loretta held roles at Virginia Society for a Human Life and the National March for Life.
Loretta has a BA in in History from the University of San Francisco and an MA in Moral Theology from the John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family. Originally from California, she now resides in Northern Virginia. Loretta has a passion for her Catholic faith and for sharing the truth about the beauty of the human person.
