VSHL President Olivia Turner was asked to serve as Mistress of Ceremonies for the second Gala dinner to support Mary’s Choice RVA, one of the outstanding long term pro-life mom and baby shelters operating in Virgina.

Many thanks to Mary’s Choice RVA director Maureen Nwoye and her fabulous team for the invitation to share the evening, which also included David and Margaret Bereit as the keynote speakers.

The dinner was a great success and showcased the important work done to help mothers get on their own feet after facing a complex pregnancy situation. Mothers in need may stay at the shelter for up to three years after the birth of their child.

VSHL is always thrilled to highlight and educate the public about the excellent work done by these mother and baby helping programs in Virginia. We are so fortunate to have so many across the state.
