The General Assembly will reconvene for “Veto Day” on April 12th, when they will attempt to again vote on a new budget for the Commonwealth. In a dreadful ruling from Fairfax Circuit Judge Richard Gardiner, embryonic human beings are nothing more than property and therefore can be bought and sold.
